I’m Ilona and I’m here to give you the gift of time.

I am your virtual assistant, working in the background to make things run smoothly. Most people don’t enjoy admin, and it’s not the reason most people set up their businesses. But it’s the bread and butter of your business and this is where I can help.

I’ve always been organised, making lists for everything, checking them off as I go. I have eight years’ experience as a PA, working in a variety of sectors including food & drink, finance, arts and music.

I started my career in PR and events before finding an opportunity as a PA – a role that has allowed me to work on a variety of projects and develop my skills. My experience makes me the perfect right hand to your business. I’ve mostly worked with small businesses, being exposed to all areas of running a company and I understand the challenges you face.

I enjoy working with entrepreneurs who are passionate and want to make a difference. Working closely with people being a part of their ideas and supporting them to turn those ideas into a reality is something I thrive on.

I value creativity, communication and authenticity.

I can support you in the admin you don’t have time to do; kick start and manage your new exciting project; or organise that event you’ve always wanted to host. Let me take these tasks off your hands so you can spend more time with the kids, in the gym or have more me-time.

I’m based in Godalming, Surrey but can help anywhere in the UK due to the remote nature of my work.
